My response:

((I don’t have Tifa flirt with every male character, thank you. I haven’t had her flirt with Irvine, Axel, Kid, Grell, Laks, or Sephiroth (Tifaroth is a different story), and these are male characters I’m in current arcs with that I can pull up from the top of my head at almost 2am with almost no sleep under my belt. And I’m sorry, but this isn’t real life. I think it’s acceptable to have multiple arcs with other characters, romantic or otherwise. The rp partners I have know this and are completely fine with it, just as I am fine with them having multiple ‘relationships’ outside of my character.

I think keeping it to strictly one pairing stunts character development, especially when provided with an opportunity to meet characters from different fandoms and being able to explore things about a character that no one has even fathomed before. I’ve learned more about Tifa through her relationships with Vance and L, for instance, than I ever expected.

If you feel she flirts too much, that’s your opinion, and I respect your expression of it, but I disagree. And if you really don’t like how I do things, there’s the unfollow button, because I’m not changing how I do things.))
